All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically mean your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to:

Cancel orders due to stock shortages.
Cancel orders where incorrect pricing has occurred.
Refuse orders suspected of fraud or abuse.
Limit quantities purchased.

Should we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

Our Customer Support Team is available to assist with product enquiries, sizing, delivery information, returns, exchanges and general questions. However, all purchases must be completed directly through our website using our secure online checkout.

Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received through our website's approved payment gateway.

5. Payment

We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available at checkout.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and may vary due to:

Weather conditions
Public holidays
Courier delays
Remote delivery areas
High order volumes

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the item meets our return requirements.

Approved returns will be collected by one of our courier partners.

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange either:
